Yoga means union, somebody says is an union between the body and the mind, other between your soul and the universal source. It is a fact that in our modern society we are more and more disconnected from the need of our mind and our body.
Yoga is an ancient practice that help us trough Prana (life force) control and asanas (posture)to find strength, self reliance, peace of mind and preparing the body for meditation.
We teach classic Hatha yoga from Sivananda tradition, Hatha yoga as tough by my master Isaac Vasquez Ampuero and some Yin Yoga following the instruction of Bernie Clark.
