“When meditation is mastered, the mind is unwavering like the flame of a candle in a windless place”
Bhagavad Gita
We all born meditators!
Meditation is part of your daily life when you are born, the child is here, the child is now, there is no time for him as we perceive it as adult. But once the child start to speak, he start to name things, so he start to see things as separate and so somehow he lost his innocence and his natural joy.
There are 2 kind of meditation: active and passive. The active happen when we are absorbed in activity that we like: sport, art, a job that we love, passing time we our beloved ones etc. The passive is when we close our eyes and we go within. Both are important and part of life but not many cultivate the passive meditation.
In a society where we celebrate the masculine, the active, the doing is very difficult to find space for passive activities.
Here you will have time to practice many techniques that will help you to discover your true nature and find peace.
