Namaste! Welcome to Casa Ananda and welcome to our new retreat. Our home is nestled in the high Amazon jungle where the climate is perfect all year long. You will experience the beauty of nature while learning new yoga skills, you will explore your body through dance and have new insight on your energy centers (chakras). Michele, the founder of Casa Ananda Retreat is a Sivananda Yoga teacher from Bergamo (Italy) with 500 h ryt plus a 150 h Pranayama intensive course called “Sivananda Sadhana Intensive”. He is a therapist with training in Ayurveda, chakra reading and Reiki (Level 2) and basic massage techniques. He starts his spiritual journey in 2010 with the Italian Raja Yoga school Atman and since he met his master and mentor Isaac Vasquez Ampuero, yoga became part of his daily life first with meditation practice and later with asana postures. He traveled extensively in South America, south east Asia and India…
